Using perfection strips, roll dough to desired thickness. Using paper pattern or cookie cutter, cut cookies. Using a sharp knife or flexible polyblade, cut the edges of the cross to make them look jagged like a broken piece of wood. Use pastry bag filled with brown run sugar icing, ice cookies.
