Bake and cut out lamb and cross cookies. Ice with buttercream icing. CROSS: When icing has crusted, mark diamond shapes with Jem Strip Cutter. Pipe stems with tip #0. Put green icing in parchment bag and cut an invert "v" (cut like a leaf tip). Pipe leaves. Pipe petals of yellow flowers with yellw icing in parchment bag and an inverted "v" cut. Pipe trumpet part in a spiral with tip #1. LAMB: Ice lamb cookie with buttercream icing. Place eye in position. Decorate with spirals piped with tip #1.
