Ingredients and Supplies
  • Angel food cake mix or homemade batter
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blueberry pastry filling
  • 1/2 cup hot water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Be sure cake pan and bowls are completely grease-free. Mix up batter from angel food cake mix or home-made, and fill each cavity of ungreased mini pan about 1/2 full. Bake 20 minutes or until crust looks deep golden brown and cracks feel dry. Do not underbake. Immediately invert pan onto 2 glass bottles, letting cakes cool completely before removing from pan. Loosen sides with plastic spatula to prevent scratching nonstick coating. Place each small cake on an individual serving plates. Blueberry Sauce: Stir hot water into blueberry pastry filling. Pour around each cake and over each cake. Add some fresh blueberries for garnish. Does 12 mini angel food cakes.
