Ingredients and Supplies
  • 1 basic pie crust
  • fruit
  • fruit pastry filling
Fill an unbaked pie shell with slices of peaches, raspberries, blueberries, etc. Generously cover the fruit with the same fruit pastry filling. Amount depends on size of pie. Cover top with rolled out pie dough. Vent and bake at 375 degrees until golden brown and fruit is tender. Note: If top is browning too quickly, cover with foil and continue baking.
