Brownie Bites with Fresh Raspberries

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 oz yuccatan dark chocolate
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • powdered sugar
  • milk chocolate candy coating
  • raspberries
Generously spray brownie cavity with cooking oil and set aside. Melt butter and chocolate together in microwave, 20 seconds at a time, stirring at intervals. Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla. With a wooden spoon, beat lightly by hand just until combined. Stir in flour. Evenly divide batter into prepared brownie cavities. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes, then place rack on top of pan, flip pan with force, let brownies fall from pan. Allow to completely cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Melt milk chocolate candy coating and fill parchment cone. Cut small hole in tip of cone and fill clean designs on the brownie pan. Place in freezer and allow to completely set. Attach pieces to top of finished brownies with a little melted chocolate. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
