Ingredients and Supplies
one pound Super White candy coating
one pound Cocoa Dark candy coating
2 tablespoons paramount crystals
1 jar peppermint chips
round candy mold
squeeze bottle

Melt candy coating in separate containers. Add 1 tablespoon paramount crystals to each bowl of candy coating. Fill each cavity of the round sucker candy mold half full with dark candy coating. When "just" firm, fill the other half with the melted white candy coating covering the dark layer. Immediately sprinkle peppermint chips over white candy coating while it is still wet. Place mold in freezer until completely firm, about 10 minutes. Remove from freezer.
