Ingredients and Supplies
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons invert sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Yuccatan dark chocolate
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup red & green peppermint crunch
  • cookie scoop
  • parchment paper
Cream sugars and butter together until light and smooth. Beat in eggs, invert sugar, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, then chocolate chunks, pecans and peppermint crunch. Roll dough into balls and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350°F for 8-12 minutes.
