Ingredients and Supplies
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon LorAnn Orange Emulsion
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups quick-cook oats
  • 1 cup Callebaut semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toffee crunch
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons invert sugar
Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. In a large bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer on high speed for 30 seconds. Add both sugars and invert sugar, beating until combined. Beat in egg, vanilla, and orange emulsion. Beat in flour mixture until just combined. Stir in oats, chocolate, cranberries and toffee. Drop dough in small balls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
