Ingredients and Supplies
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ¾ cup Love’n Bake© Hazelnut Praline Paste
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons invert sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoon hazelnut extract
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 ounces Callebaut milk chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup chopped hazelnuts
  • parchment paper
Preheat the oven to 350° and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. Cream the butter, hazelnut paste, sugar and invert sugar on medium until combined. Beat in the egg and hazelnut extract. Mix in the flour and baking soda to make a stiff dough. Stir in chocolate chips and chopped hazelnuts. Drop large balls onto cookie sheet, spaced 2" apart. Bake until cookie starts to brown about 14 to 16 minutes. Cool cookies on wire rack.
