Ingredients and Supplies
- gingerbread cookie dough
- candy writers: red, green and white
- edible icing eyes
- cinnamon red hots
- bow candy mold
Roll out dough to 1/8-inch thickness (if using perfection strips, use white strips). Use the gingerbread boy cookie cutter to cut shapes. Carefully transfer to baking sheet, leaving approximately 1/2" space between cookies. Bake according to cookie dough recipe. Allow cookies to cool completely. Make tiny bows with green or red candy writers. Turn the gingerbread boy cookie upside down to make a reindeer cookie, the gingerbread boy’s legs become the reindeer’s antlers. Melt the white candy writer to make the antlers. Attach the tiny candy bow, icing eyes and cinnamon red hot nose using the white candy writer as glue.
