Make ganache and spread in a 12" x 17" jelly roll pan. Refrigerate until ready to use. Melt candy coating and cut transfer sheets into squares. Cut ganache into 1" to 1 1/4" squares; depending on how large you want your pieces to be. Carefully take a piece of ganache and dip into melted coating; allow excess coating to drip off. Lay dipped candy on a piece of parchment paper and apply transfer to top of piece. Gently rub the image with your finger to assure the transfer is secure. Repeat process with all pieces of ganache. Once chocolate is set, peel away transfer sheet.
