Ingredients and Supplies
- red candy coating
- green candy coating
- chocolate sandwich cookies
- white polka dot transfer sheet
- parchment paper
- dipping tool
Melt candy coating. Cut transfer sheet into 2" squares; make sure this is large enough to fit the top of your cookie. Dip cookie into coating and allow excess coating to drip back in to the bowl. Lay cookie on parchment paper and place transfer sheet, texture side down, on top of cookie. Gently rub finger over transfer sheet. Allow to coating to dry completely. Once dry, pull acetate paper off of top of cookie.
One pound of candy coating covers approximately 35 cookies.
