For candy canes, fill in cavity under the hook with a small amount of white candy coating. When dry, fill rest of cavity with desired color of coating. Place stick in coating and place in freezer to set. Once set, remove sucker from mold. Use small parchment bag filled with white coating to draw candy cane lines.
