- 282 grams Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 82 grams Butter, softened
- 50 grams Flavor Shot
- 321 grams Powdered Sugar
Recipe found on Sugar & Crumbs website. 1. Mix flavor shot and powdered sugar in a bowl. Set aside. 2. Melt butter in a non-stick saucepan over low heat. Stir until melted. 3. Add the sweetened condensed milk and whisk well. Gradually add the flavor shot/powdered sugar mixture & whisk constantly. 4. Bring this mixture to a boil, whisking constantly & scraping the bottom of the pan. 5. Cook until the mixture reaches desired temperature: 233-239F (112-115C) for soft fudge and 244F (118C) for firmer fudge. 6. Remove from the heat and beat the fudge until very thick and it starts to set. 7. Pour fudge into a prepared pan (loaf pan or 6"-7" square pan) and allow it to cool.
