- 1/3 cup Butter, softened
- 1/3 cup Light Corn Syrup
- 1 pound desired flavor

- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Food Color, optional

1. Blend butter, corn syrup, & salt in a large mixing
bowl.
2. Add Sugar & Crumbs Mix all at once. Mix to
-gether, first with a spoon, then with hands,
kneading well.
3. Turn out onto a board & continue kneading until
mixture is well blended & smooth, adding more
Sugar & Crumbs mix if necessary.
4. Store the wrapped fondant in a tight container
in a cool place.
