Marshmallow Graham Cookies
Ingredients and Supplies
  • 1 pound chocolate
  • 5 ounces marshmallow cream
  • graham crackers (24 squares)
  • screen dipping tool
  • parchment paper
Spread marshmallow cream on one graham cracker square. Place another square on top. Melt candy coating or melt and temper chocolate. Dip cracker in melted chocolate. Coat completely. Bring out cracker with dipping tool. Let excess chocolate drip back into the pan. Place the cracker on parchment paper or silicone mat.
