- 1 pound milk chocolate
- ½ cup salted peanuts
- 1 package dry fondant
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring
- dipping tool
- parchment paper
- cookie scoop
Bring whipping cream and butter to the boiling point. Stir in dry fondant and knead with the liquid. Knead in maple flavoring. Form 1 ½” balls and slightly flatten. Melt candy coating and dip balls. Place on parchment sheet. Mix peanuts with the remaining chocolate. Scoop on top of mounds.
