Ingredients and Supplies
- 1 pound white candy coating
- 1 cup coconut dough
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup red candy coating, chopped
- 1/4 cup green candy coating, chopped
- desiccated coconut
Melt white candy coating. Stir in coconut dough and pecans. Add the chopped red and green candy coating. Let set until stiff enough to roll into balls. Roll into balls, then immediately roll into desiccated coconut.
