Ingredients and Supplies
- 10 oz. Dried apricots, finely chopped
- 3 cups desiccated coconut
- 12 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Blend the apricots, coconut and milk until thoroughly combined. Roll mixture to form balls. Roll in the powdered sugar to coat. Place in an airtight container for 48 hours before eating.
