Ingredients

  • 16 oz Batch of Whipped Icing
  • 5 oz Lemon Curd

Instructions

To start, make our stabilized whipped icing recipe.
When this is completed, take 16 oz of the icing and put into a mixing bowl.

Next, add 5 oz of our delicious lemon curd. Fold in the lemon curd until completely mixed. More can be added if the icing is not as strong of a lemon taste as you would like.

Keep in mind that the more lemon curd that is added the softer the icing will be.
This will result in the icing falling or not holding its shape once piped.
If a more vibrant yellow color is desired, add a small amount of yellow food coloring.
