  • Skull Cookie Stamp/Cutter Set
  • sugar cookie dough
  • white rolled fondant
  • assorted neon food coloring
  • parchment bags
  • small round decorating tips
  • run sugar icing
  • piping gel
  • pastry brush
  • rolling pin
  • perfection strips
Cut and bake cookies. Roll fondant to desired thickness. Brush top of cookie with piping gel and lay fondant piece on top. Press stamp into fondant using enough pressure to leave an imprint but not enough to break the cookie. Use colored run sugar to fill in the details.
