Instructions

Reindeer Antlers:
Use a piece of parchment paper to draw a template for your reindeer antlers.
Flip the parchment paper over to avoid contact between the candy coating and the pencil or ink.
Trace the antlers onto the parchment paper using melted white candy coating. Fill in the antlers.
Place a popsicle stick on each antler, leaving a portion sticking out to insert into the cake. Cover the popsicle sticks with more candy coating.
Let the melted coating harden for 15-20 minutes, then spray with jewel dust for sparkle.
Reindeer Ears:
Roll out some white fondant and use a teardrop cutter to cut out two ears.
Red Nose:
Melt red candy coating and fill a short truffle mold.
Allow the candy to harden for 15-20 minutes in the freezer, then remove from the mold and let it come to room temperature.
Brush the red nose with white edible jewel dust for added sparkle.
Cake Decoration:
Frost a 2-layer cake with white buttercream.
Use white buttercream and piping tips #866 and #806 to pipe swirls and dollops for the crown of the reindeer and the top of the cake.
Carefully peel the antlers from the parchment and place them in the cake. Pipe more buttercream behind the antlers to help them stay stable.
Add the fondant ears and sprinkles for decoration.
Use black buttercream to pipe eyelashes onto the cake.
Place the red nose on the cake as well, attach with buttercream
Spray the entire cake with edible jewel dust to give it a finished sparkle.
