Center your tiers
Center the round marking sheet on top of the cake. 
Find the ring of dots that is the same size as the
cake to be stacked, and mark dots by pushing a
toothpick, Two-In-One Tool or other pointed tool
through the openings onto the larger cake.  Center
the smaller cake on or just inside the dots.  Note:
The base cake may be centered on the serving tray. 
Center the round marking sheet on top of the serving
tray.   Find the ring of dots the same as size as the
base cake.  Use a pencil to mark dots through the
openings onto the serving tray.  Center the cake on
or just inside the marks.  

Mark the Cake for Garlands
To Space Swags :  Center the round marking
sheet on top of the cake.  Mark dots by pushing
a toothpick, Two-In-One Tool or other pointed
tool through the openings at the edge of the
cake onto the top edge of the cake for spacing
the swags.
To Mark Swags : Center desired garland marker
design between the marks made at the top edge
of the cake.   Press marker into the icing,  marking
complete design, or for a shallower swag, use the
faint lines as guides to mark a shorter swag.  
The set includes 6 designs for a variety of looks.

One Line Swag
Press garland marker into the icing and go
over the line with a piped ruffle, string work
or any design.


Two Line Swag
Press garland marker into the icing and go
over the line with a piped ruffle, string work
or any design.
Dot in the Middle Swag
Press garland marker into the icing and pipe
over  the line with a  ruffle,  string work or any
design.  Use the dot in the center as a starting
point to pipe a design of choice, or place a
flower or ribbon in the center dot mark.

Dotted Swag
Buttercream Icing Dots-  Press garland marker
into the icing and with buttercream icing, pipe
dots on the marks.  
Edible Pearl Dots- Press a small  rounded-end 
gum paste  tool  into each  of the marks  and
with piping  gel,  attach 4 mm edible pearls
into each rounded cavity.  

Cornelli Swag
Press garland marker into the icing and pipe
over lines with tip #1 or smaller.

Quilted Swag
Press garland marker into the icing.  Press
into each intersection with a small rounded-
end gum paste tool.  Pipe a dot of piping gel
into each rounded cavity.  With tweezers, place
a 4 mm pearl into each rounded cavity.
