Shipping FAQ's
How are delivery charges calculated?

OVERWEIGHT/OVERSIZED ORDERS: Please Note- Due to weight, size, and location to be shipped, orders may incur additional shipping charges that we are not able to determine until time of shipment. If actual shipping greatly exceeds our standard shipping charges, we will contact our customers before shipping. Is there a minimum order? There is no minimum order. What shipping options are available? Our preferred shipping carrier is UPS. Ground, 1 Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day are all available service choices. We will ship UPS Ground unless the expedited option is selected. Because of the high cost, shipping charges on all expedited and international orders must be approved by the customer before the package will be shipped. International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide options. APO and FPO orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Each shipment will be treated as a separate order.  You can order and have it shipped to someone else
just make sure the shipping address is complete and accurate.
How can I find out the status of my order?
Please allow at least two days for processing the order.  For information on the status of your order, we can

When will I receive my order? 
Normally, you will receive your order within 3 to 7 business days after the order is processed.  Please allow
two to three days for processing.  This includes Express, Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day Shipping.  
For all international orders, please allow at least 2 weeks processing time before we ship.  Shipping amounts
must be approved by the customer before orders are shipped.  International orders shipped via UPS are typically,
but not always, received within a week. 
Can I order if I live outside the USA?
If you live outside of the U.S. you can place an order.  We will need additional credit card information and
do be sure to allow plenty of time.
Do I need an order number?
You will be given an order number when ordering online.  We can look up your order via that number
or via your phone number with area code.  If ordering via telephone, your phone number with the 
area code is all we need.

Did you receive my order?  I didn't get an e-mail confirmation.
Currently, you will not receive confirmation of the order via email.  The last page of the order is the

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses? 
Yes we do.   APO and FPO orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
