Shipping FAQ's
How are delivery charges calculated?
Country Kitchen has a minimum shipping charge of $6.95.  Any cost thereafter is determined by order
total.  Click here for the shipping chart

Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order, however, we do have a minimum shipping charge or $6.95
within the United States, or $15.00 outside the United States.

What shipping options are available?
For domestic orders, the shipping options include UPS Ground,  1 Day,  2 Day, 3 Day and USPS priority
mail.  All international orders, APO and FPO orders are shipped via priority mail.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Each shipment will be treated as a separate order.  You can order and have it shipped to someone else
just make sure the shipping address is complete and accurate.

How can I find out the status of my order?
Please allow at least two days for processing the order.  For information on the status of your order, we can
be reached at 1-800-497-3927 or e-mail us at mail@countrykitchensa.com.

When will I receive my order? 
Normally, you will receive your order within 3 to 7 business days after the order is processed.  Please allow
two to three days for processing.  This includes Express, Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day Shipping.  
For all international orders, we request that 6 to 8 weeks be allowed for shipping due to unforeseen delays
that may occur in customs or due to world events.  

Can I order if I live outside the USA?
If you live outside of the U.S. you can place an order.  We will need additional credit card information and
do be sure to allow plenty of time.

Do I need an order number?
You will be given an order number when ordering online.  We can look up your order via that number
or via your phone number with area code.  If ordering via telephone, your phone number with the 
area code is all we need.

Did you receive my order?  I didn't get an e-mail confirmation.
Currently, you will not receive confirmation of the order via email.  The last page of the order is the
