About Paramount Crystals
Paramount Crystals are a versatile ingredient used to help the melting of chocolate coating (candy melts), carob, and yogurt coating. The crystals act as a thinning agent, allowing for easier coating, dipping, and drizzling of chocolate. They are odorless and tasteless and will not alter the flavor of your chocolate. This makes them a better choice than coconut oil, shortening, and wax.
Directions
Start with adding 1 to 2 tablespoons of Paramount Crystals per pound of chocolate wafers (candy melts) until desired consistency is reached. Up to 1/4 of a cup may be used.
4 oz bag of paramount crystals = 8 Tablespoons
1 lb bag of paramount crystals = 32 Tablespoons
