Thaw dough. Flatten the dough on a well-floured surface. Roll into a 12"x20" rectangle. Spread the Schmear Cinnamon Filling evenly on dough. Roll the dough up into a tight log. Cut the dough into 8 or 12 uniform pieces. Place dough on well-buttered tree pan with sides touching. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Bake in preheated 350°F oven on shiny aluminum cookie sheet until well browned, about 35 to 45 minutes. Allow rolls to cool for a few minutes and then turn out of pan and put right side up on serving tray. Drizzle with roll icing and decorate with sugar lay-ons and edible glitter.
