Bear - dip pop into the melted brown coating and tap off any excess coating. While still wet, insert brown M & M’s for the ears and attach the candy eyes. Once pop is completely dry, use small parchment bag of black coating to draw a heart shaped nose and mouth.
Tiger - dip pop into the melted orange coating and tap off any excess coating. While still wet, insert orange M & M’s (cut in half with a sharp knife) for the ears and attach the candy eyes. Once the pop is completely dry, use small parchment bag of black coating to draw a heart shaped nose and stripes. Use small parchment bag of white coating to make two circle patches for the muzzle/mouth.
Monkey - dip pop into the melted brown coating and tap off any excess coating. While still wet, insert candy wafers (that have ¼ removed in a half-moon shape) for the ears. Attach a candy wafer with flat side to the pop, to resemble the protruding mouth. Attach two butterscotch chips with wet brown coating for the eyes. When coating is dry, attach candy eyes to chips with small dots of wet coating. Use a small parchment bag of black coating to draw the nose and mouth.
Lion - dip pop into the melted butterscotch or peanut butter coating and tap off any excess coating. While still wet, attach half of a brown M & M for the nose and attach the candy eyes. Place in holder to dry. Using a dot of wet coating, attach the butterscotch chips around the center of the pop to form the mane. When coating has dried, use small parchment bag of black coating to draw the mouth.
Elephant - NOTE: you will want to make your fondant pieces first to determine how to tint your candy coating to match. Make fondant ears using a heart shaped cookie cutter; shaping the cut-outs as needed to look like ears. Attach pink fondant with piping gel. Shape a small piece of fondant to look like a trunk; using a sharp knife, put wrinkles in to the trunk. Give the piece a slight bend. Allow fondant pieces to dry for at least an hour. Dip pop into melted gray coating and tap off any excess coating. While coating is still wet, insert ears and trunk. Hold flat until coating has dried enough to hold fondant pieces. Place in holder to dry. Use a dot of wet coating to attach candy eyes. Use a small parchment bag of black coating, draw mouth and eyebrows.
