  • Cupcakes
  • Mini Candy Canes
  • Candy Cane Kisses
  • Mini Marshmallows
  • Buttercream
  • Tip #805
  • Ivory Buttercream
  • Tip #350
  • Edible Glitter Flakes

Instructions

Smooth white buttercream onto the cupcake using an offset spatula, creating a snowy landscape.
Break a mini candy cane in half and insert each half onto the buttercream for the elf's legs.
Cut a mini marshmallow in half diagonally and place the sticky side with a bit of buttercream on the ends of the candy cane legs to resemble elf shoes.
Position an unwrapped candy cane kiss at the top of the cupcake as the elf's hat.
Pipe a swirl of buttercream with tip #805 at the base of the candy cane kiss and cover the candy cane legs.
Use an angled spatula to add texture to the "fallen snow."
Pipe elf ears with ivory buttercream and tip #350 on either side of the candy cane kiss.
Sprinkle with edible glitter for a magical touch.
