SUPPLIES NEEDED
Candy Coating
Concentrated Flavor or Oil 
Plastic Spoons
Melt candy coating.  Add 20-25 drops of
flavoring.   Hold on to spoon and dip
rounded part into chocolate.  Place on
parchment and allow to set up.  Dip one
more time and place on parchment. Add
sugar decoration if desired.
From Left to Right:
1.   Christmas Wreath Sugar Decoration
2.  Ghost Sprinkles, Orange Jimmies
3.  Dipped in Milk chocolate coating first, set up,
and the dipped in white chocolate coating
4.  Flower sugar decorations

Professional-Looking Molded Spoons
SUPPLIES NEEDED
Candy Coating
Concentrated Flavor or Oil Plastic Spoons Handles
Spoon Candy Molds
Squeeze Bottle
Melt candy coating.  Add 20-25 drops of  flavoring. Add
20-25 drops desired concentrated flavor or oil.  Pour melted
coating into squeeze bottle.  Fill the cavities of the mold.
(Suggested molds below.  Approx. 30 spoons per pound)
Place a plastic spoon handle in the filled cavity.  Add a bit
more melted coating on the top of the rounded part of the
spoon handle. Gently tap the mold to release air bubbles.
Place in freezer for a few minutes until the candy feels cold
and the mold is cloudy.  The candy spoons should pop
right out.  if they do not, leave in the freezer a little longer. 
 
 
              

BRIDE AND GROOM SPOONS
SUPPLIES NEEDED
Candy Coating
Concentrated Flavor or Oil
Plastic Spoons Handles
Plain Spoon Mold
Squeeze Bottle
Candy Writers, Black and White
Super Pearl Luster Dust
TUXEDO:   Follow  instructions above making the plain spoons
out of milk chocolate coating.   Make
a "V" at the tip of the spoon with melted white chocolate from a
candy writer.  Allow to set up.  Add buttons, bowtie and lapels
with melted chocolate from a black candy writer.  
BRIDE'S:  Follow  instructions above making the plain spoons
out of white chocolate coating.   Make
"squiggle" lines to represent lace with melted white chocolate from a
candy writer.  Allow to set up.  Brush entire spoon with super pearl
luster dust.
