Knead the green fondant until it is pliable. Roll it out to a thickness of ¼ inch on a clean, smooth surface. Use a leaf plunger to cut out leaves from the green fondant. Set aside the fondant leaves for later decoration.
Knead the red fondant until it is smooth and pliable. Roll it out to a thin thickness of 1/16 inch. Use an easy rose cutter to cut the red fondant. Flip over and fold in half lengthwise. Roll the red fondant form a rose shape. Cut off about ? of the bottom. Use a toothpick to gently separate and arrange the petals of the fondant rose, giving it a realistic appearance.
Prepare a light pink buttercream using a piping bag fitted with a tip #1M.
Pipe a generous swirl of light pink buttercream on top of each cupcake.
Sprinkle white edible jewel dust over the buttercream swirl to add a touch of sparkle and glamour.
Gently place the prepared red fondant rose on top of the buttercream swirl, ensuring it is centered and secure. Place one of the green fondant leaves next to the fondant rose, securing it in place.
Repeat the process for each cupcake until all are beautifully adorned with a fondant rose and leaf.
