This mix makes a delicious, vanilla-flavored whipped topping that can be used on fresh fruit, gelatin and pudding desserts, cakes, and much more. Dutch Whip mixes up easily and can be colored and holds its shape when piped. Dutch Whip can be whipped up ahead of time and frozen, and it will not lose volume or separate. Shelf life: 2 years in dry form, 20 days refrigerated once prepared.
To prepare: For best results, chill mixing bowl and beaters. Pour 1¼ cups ice water (no ice) into bowl. Add 1½ cups Dutch Whip mix. Mix on low speed until mix is dissolved. Whip on medium high speed until desired consistency. Tip: Whip the mixture for 4.5 minutes for soft peaks - perfect for frosting applications.
