Use icing fruits to add flavor to cakes, icing, confections, and more. Icing fruits are made with real fruit puree and have a strong, concentrated flavor. Add approximately 1/2 oz. of icing fruits for every pound of icing or batter. Keep in refrigerator for several months once opened.
