Simply insert the needle into the deepest part of the cake to check for doneness. When the needle comes out clean, the baking process is complete. If moist cake batter is still sticking to the needle, pop the cake back into the oven and continue baking. Made from 18/10 stainless steel. 8" long. Dishwasher safe.
