Make perfect size macarons every time. Raised circles on mat guide the batter to perfectly round macarons each time. Mat has two sides: Side A has 20 1½" diameter cavities, Side B has 35 ⅞" diameter cavities. This silicone mat is non-stick, easy to clean and can withstand temperatures -40 to 482°F.
