This rolling pin with guides allows you to roll pastry and doughs to precise thicknesses. It is perfect for pies, cookies, fondant, pasta, and more. The wooden barrel has etched measurements in inches and centimeters that can be read left to right. The color coordinated rings easily snap on and off the pin without removing the handles. Includes four sets of rings in different thicknesses: 1/16", 1/8", 1/4", and 3/8". Rings are dishwasher safe. Package includes recipe for chocolate and vanilla pinwheel cookies.
