Strips are ¾" wide x 6¼" long. Each package has 1 sheet which has 13 strips of scallop design on each sheet. Each sheet also has 2- ⅞" wide x 10¾" long strips. Fondant is 1/16" thick.
Fondant strips are rolled out, cut, and ready to be placed on a buttercream or fondant iced cake. Use the cut-outs from the scallop strips to add additional embellishment to your design.
Handle fondant strips with care. Keep in a closed resealable bag when not in use. Store product away from extreme heat and direct sunlight. Store fondant strips flat.
Tip: If fondant is difficult to peel, place the sheet in the freezer for 1-2 minutes.

Please note that fondant is heat sensitive and product quality may be affected by warmer temperatures. Purchasing cold packs and expediting the order may reduce the chance of heat damage. We do recommend shipping orders that can be affected by heat on Mondays or towards the beginning of the week so the product is not sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. Please be advised: Ice packs only have a significant benefit in the first 24-36 hours and only when shipping in moderate temperatures. ALL FOOD PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE EVEN IF AFFECTED BY HEAT.
