Just add water! No need to color this icing. Icing gets very hard. Excellent for pre-made flowers, gingerbread houses, cookies etc. Create a cookie icing with this mix, using the picture icing directions on the package. Longer lasting icing for display cakes. Great for flowers, but much too hard for icing on a cake to be served. 1 lb. bag does about 7 graham cracker houses. 1 1/2 lbs. does about a 7 x 9 x 7" house. There are 2 1/2 cups in a 1 lb. bag.
