Melt Cocoa Lite coating and spoon into the hoofs from the horse in the Pantastic Pan. Let hoofs set up in freezer, remove from pan and set aside. Using Pan as a pattern, cut cardboard slightly bigger than pan and cover with foil. Bake one cake mix in Pantastic Pan and place cake, impression side up, on foil-covered cardboard. Slice the "horn" impression from the cake. Ice sides and top of cake (except for the horse part) with buttercream icing. Ice horse with a very thin layer buttercream so details may still be seen (thin buttercream with water). Outline details with brown icing, tip #2. Pipe bottom border with white icing, tip #32. Fill in areas of horse and horse accessories with tip #16, various colors. Pipe mane with parchment bag which has been striped with brown food coloring and filled with gold icing, tip #233. Place hoofs in horse.
