Melt candy coating. Fill candy mold and insert stick. Place in freezer until candy is cold and mold is cloudy. Remove suckers and place on parchment sheet. Brush suckers with pearl dust. Roll fondant very thin and cut mini hearts. Brush hearts with piping gel and sprinkle with disco dust. Attach hearts to suckers using a dot of melted candy coating.
