Mold car out of rice krispie treats then cover in white and black rolled fondant. Use red edible marker to outline lightning bolts and fill in with silver luster dust mixed with lemon oil or grain alcohol. Use the same mixture to paint details.
Roll black and white fondant to desired thickness and cut 1" squares. Brush cake drum or board with piping gel and attach squares to board. Roll light pink fondant to cover 8" cake and turquoise fondant to cover 6" cake. Prepare cake for stacking as desired and place cakes on board securing with piping gel or royal icing.
Roll white fondant thin and make a 3/4" band to fit along the bottom of the 8" cake. Brush back of band with piping gel and attach to cake. Cut black fondant squares using the plunger cutter and attach to white band using piping gel in a checkerboard pattern. Mold musical notes using black fondant; attach to sides of cake using piping gel. Use the oval cutter to cut turquoise fondant thinly rolled. Using poly blade, cut the bottom curve off making the straight bottom. Mold the details of the jukebox using clay extruder then paint with silver luster dust mixed with lemon oil or grain alcohol. Attach to cake using piping gel.
Roll black fondant very thin and use circle cutter to make records. Use smaller cutter and pink and turquoise fondant to make record labels then use small accent cutter to cut-out centers. Using bodysuit cookie cutter and the flexible polyblade, cut pink fondant sweaters and accent with black fondant. Apply records and sweater to cake using piping gel. Cut-out letters and apply to cake with piping gel.
Roll turquoise fondant 1/8" thick and use a cutter to cut a number if desired. Place molded car on top of cake, using a dowel rod if needed. Hand mold teenage girl out of gumpaste and stick her on corner of board.
