Melt candy coatings and place in towel-lined electric skillet to keep warm and fluid. Mold cake pop mixture to resemble a dog's head and a paw print. Use modeling tools to help form indentations for paws and the puppy's mouth. Roll a big ball of cake pop mixture about 3/4" thick then use bone cutter to cut. Dip sucker sticks into melted coating and insert stick into bottom of cake pop. Dip pops into melted coatings and allow to dry. Fill parchment bag with black coating and draw on puppy paw pads and to give puppy a nose and mouth. Use brown fondant to shape ears and attach to puppy's head with melted coating. Use small oval cutter to cut white fondant eyes and blue eyeballs; attach to head using melted coating. Use black candy coating to dot eye.
