Bake cupcakes in pink polka dot liners. Pipe buttercream icing using a pastry bag fitted with tip 1M. Pipe a mound in the center of the cupcake then start at the outer edge of cupcake and circle tip on top of mound. Use pastry wheel to cut a 1/2" wide light pink fondant ribbon that is 8" long. Brush ribbon with pearl dust. Form ribbon; secure with piping gel. Lay ribbon on top of cupcake using piping gel to secure. Roll a piece of fondant very thin and cut a mini heart, brush with piping gel, sprinkle with disco dust and attach to ribbon with a dot of piping gel.
