Use small parchment bag to make polka dots in cupcake cavity. Brush a small amount of red coating in the cherry cavity then brush white coating in to the top of the cupcake cavity. Allow both to dry. Fill remainder of cupcake with solid color coating. Place stick in coating and place in freezer to set.
