Instructions

Before diving into the cookie decorating, we'll start by pre-piping all the royal icing bows using the bow pattern sheet and following its instructions. Once the bows are ready, we'll move on to decorating the chick cookies.
Using yellow flood consistency icing, outline and flood the body of the chick. Use a scribe tool to ensure smooth and precise shaping. Next, we'll pipe the chick's beak. Allow the icing to crust over. Outline and flood the chick's head, followed by the wing and feet. Once the icing has crusted, we'll add the final details by piping the chick's eye and lashes using stiff black icing. Finally, we'll attach the pre-made bow to each cookie with a dab of royal icing.
