Turkey - When forming ball, use a piece of candy corn to make indents in the ball where the feathers are to be placed. Prepare for dipping by inserting coating covered stick into your shape. Let set. Dip pop into the melted brown coating and tap off any excess coating. Insert broken pretzel pieces into the bottom of the pop for the turkey’s legs. Before chocolate completely sets, insert candy corn into the indents made for them earlier. Take small mint candy and attach to the front of the pop with candy coating. Once set, attach two candy eyes, beak made from fondant, and confetti heart to the mint with dabs of candy coating.

Pilgrim - Roll cake mixture in to a ball and prepare for dipping by inserting coating covered stick in to bottom of ball. Let set. Dip ball into flesh colored candy coating and allow excess to drip off. Place in holder to dry. While waiting, dip buttery round cracker in to black candy coating and place on parchment paper to dry. Take a regular sized marshmallow and cut ¼ of the marshmallow off. Dip remaining marshmallow in to black coating and lay on top of dipped cracker; allow to dry. Using a parchment bag filled with color of your choice, give the pilgrim hair. Use the end of a paintbrush to dot the pilgrim a nose. Use a parchment bag filled with black coating to detail the eyes, eyebrows, and mouth. Using the same candy coating used for the hair, attach the pilgrim hat. Make a buckle on the front of the hat with a parchment bag filled with yellow coating.

Indian - Roll cake mixture in to a ball and prepare for dipping by inserting coating covered stick in to bottom of ball. Let set. Dip ball into flesh colored candy coating and allow excess to drip off. Place in holder to dry. While waiting, take a piece of brown fondant and to make hair and/or braids. Use a sharp knife to detail fondant to look like strands. Attach hair to ball with piping gel or small amount of candy coating. Use lighter brown fondant to make a headband big enough to go around the ball; attach with piping gel. Make feathers with fondant using a sharp tool to detail. Attach feathers with piping gel to the back of the headband. Use the end of a paintbrush to dot the Indian a nose. Use small parchment bag of black coating to detail the eyes and mouth. Use small parchment bag of any color coating to give the Indian war paint.
