  • standard size cupcakes
  • buttercream icing
  • large open decorating tip
  • isomalt
  • hockey candy mold
  • small round cutter
  • red rolled fondant or gumpaste
  • black rolled fondant or gumpaste
  • flexible poly blade
  • piping gel
Mold hockey sticks and puck using rolled fondant and allow to harden. Using isomalt, make small patches of ice just large enough to fit on the top of a cupcake; allow to dry. Ice cupcakes using large open tip. Lay isomalt disc on top of icing and push into icing to secure. Using piping gel, attach sticks and puck.
