Ingredients and Supplies
  • standard size cupcakes
  • buttercream icing
  • tip 1M
  • pink cupcake wrappers
  • light pink rolled fondant or gumpaste
  • brown rolled fondant or gumpaste
  • 1 1/2" scalloped cutter
  • piping gel
  • silicone teddy bear mold
Rolled light pink fondant or gumpaste thin and use scalloped cutter to cut medallions. Mold bears using silicone mold. Attach bears to medallions using piping gel. Allow to dry overnight.
Pipe buttercream icing with pastry bag fitted with tip 1M. Place medallion on top of piped icing.
