Raspberry Cheesecake Coffee Creamer

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lorann Raspberry Emulsion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lorann Cheesecake Flavor
Combine ingredients and stir (or place in a tightly covered container and shake) until sugar is completely dissolved, before adding flavoring. Mixture can be heated and cooled to speed the process, if necessary. Creamers keep for about 10 days in the refrigerator (check dates on milk and heavy cream to adjust dates.) Yields 2 cups.
