Cut a 10" oval from 10" round cake board and cover with foil. Bake a 9" two-layer oval cake from Pantastic oval pan and put on prepared cakeboard. Thinnly ice with buttercream icing. When icing forms a crust, brush with piping gel. Cover with rolled fondant. Brush lady in candy mold with super pearl luster dust. Firmly push rolled fondant into mold. Carefully pull from mold and attach to cake with piping gel (put piping gel in disposable bag, cut at the end). Make letters with squeezit mold painter and white candy coating. Brush with luster dust and attach to cake with piping gel. Make 4mm beads for side border and 8mm beads for bottom border with bead makers, super pearl luster dust rolled fondant.
