- tie cookie cutter

- black rolled fondant
- white rolled fondant
- flexible poly blade
- pastry brush
- piping gel
Mustaches: Roll fondant to desired thickness. Use mustache cutter to cut black fondant then imprint details. Attach piece to cookie brushed with piping gel.
Ties: Roll fondant to desired thickness. Brush fondant lightly with water or piping gel then lay edible images on fondant. Use tie cutter and cut ties going in both directions of image pattern. Use poly blade to separate the knot from the rest of the tie. Attach knot piece so the pattern direction is going left to right and the tie piece so the pattern direction is going up and down.
